Our Mission & Vision

Making holistic psychosomatic healthcare accessible to everyone.

Mission Statement

"To make holistic psychosomatic healthcare accessible to every person regardless of their financial situation – by providing free and subsidized therapy, advancing scientific research, and educating healthcare professionals across Poland and Europe."

Vision Statement

"A world where body and mind are treated as one – and no one suffers in silence from psychosomatic conditions."

Our Core Goals

1. Expand Free Therapy Programs

Increase the number of subsidized therapy slots from 150 to 500 annually by 2028. Offer sliding-scale fees based on income.

2. Train 1,000+ Healthcare Professionals Annually

Develop online and in-person certification courses for doctors, nurses, and psychologists in psychosomatic medicine. Partner with medical universities across Poland.

3. Establish Research Centers Across Europe

Open satellite research hubs in Warsaw, Kraków, and Gdańsk to study mind-body interventions, publish findings, and influence healthcare policy.

4. Advocate for Systemic Change

Work with Poland's Ministry of Health to include psychosomatic screening in primary care. Push for insurance coverage of holistic therapy.

Why This Matters

Psychosomatic conditions affect millions of people – yet most suffer in silence, misdiagnosed, or told "it's all in your head." We know better. Emotional pain manifests as physical symptoms. Chronic stress damages the body. Trauma lives in the nervous system.

Our mission is to name it, treat it, and normalize it – so that seeking help for psychosomatic health is as ordinary as visiting a dentist.
